It’s okay to:

~ feel a little undone

~ want something different

~ feel the lack of time, people, joy, presents, money

~ experience an overwhelming urge to not shop for anyone for Christmas

~ desire peace and restitution

~ yearn for quiet

~ feel sad

~ want a nap

~ request help

~ cry or weep

~ write poetry or not

~ just be

My hope is that we open ourselves up this holiday so that we may receive the gift of love and healing. May we all feel the presence of God and the profound joy of being met where we are with or without our Christmas shopping complete.
